A NOTE ABOUT KEY PARTS

Key Parts, Inc. does not sell to the general public, body shops, repair facilities, etc. We are a developer and warehouse distributor supplying the auto body repair industry, the public, and others through our dealer network.

If you are interested in becoming a distributor please contact us so that we can discuss the minimum requirements for becoming a distributor.

All prices are stated in U.S. dollars on our price sheet. Drop ship rate $4.50 per order.

Freight Prepaid On Shipments

East of Mississippi and Missouri = $3500.00

West of Missouri to Rockies = $4000.00

West of Rockies to West Coast = $4500.00

Packaging And Shipping

KeyParts constantly strives to provide our customers with the highest quality materials, packaged and shipped by the most efficient and accurate means. Freight charges are FOB Lynchburg, Virginia. USA. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of their receipt. UPS orders shipped exact freight (no hidden charges).

RETURNS

In the occasional event of product defect or product damage caused during transit, follow these guidelines for returning products. Before returning any KeyParts product, please contact us at (800) 992-1064 for a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA).

INSPECT MERCHANDISE

Please inspect all merchandise for damage or missing parts and make sure all parts invoiced are received before you sign for the merchandise. This provides an opportunity to note damage on the freight bill and receive claim. If time constraints do not allow for detail review of entire shipment right away, at the very minimum inspect inside each box for damage. If anything appears to have had some rough handling, then note it on the freight bill before the driver leaves. This may be your only recourse for filing a claim for shipping damage.

COMPLETE RMA FORM AND AUTHORIZATION CODE

To return merchandise you must first complete the KeyParts RMA form (www.keypartsinc.com/rma.pdf) AND contact us prior to shipping your return. We will issue to you a unique return authorization code. Only items authorized and approved for return will be accepted. Do not ship items back to KeyParts until you have received the authorization code from us. All return shipments must include a copy of the RMA form including the unique authorization code. Return shipments that do not include the RMA form and the authorization code will be refused by our warehouse, you will be responsible for return shipping charges, and no credit will be issued.

RETURN TO STOCK RATE

A Return-to Stock rate (RTS) is calculated for each customer on a 12 month rolling basis. Your RTS determines your restocking fees. If your RTS is less than 10%, there is no handling charge. If your RTS is between 10% and 15%, a 15% handling fee applies. If your RTS is greater than 15%, a 25% handling fee applies.

Only items currently stocked and purchased from KeyParts within the prior 12 months will be considered for return.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES

Keyparts products (manufactured or supplied) are warranted to meet or exceed the stated product specifications and to conform to the vehicle description on the label. In the event of a non-conformance with this warrant, KeyParts will indemnify the buyer against loss in an amount not to exceed the price paid for the goods. Every product offered by KeyParts is intended for use only by qualified professionals; the burden for safe use in handling of our products rests entirely with the user. The user must determine suitability of a product for a particular vehicle. We cannot assume responsibility for the customer errors when placing an order. KeyParts assumes no liability and shall not be responsible for any loss, damage or expense, either consequential or incidental, including but not limited to damage or injury to person or property, arising from or related to the use of these products. Pricing and availability is subject to change without notice at KeyParts discretion. KeyParts is not responsible for pricing errors due to clerical, proofing and printing mistakes.
